AmarElaka is designed specifically for actionable, public infrastructural problems:

Damaged roads, potholes, and broken footpaths

Waterlogging, clogged drains & open manholes

Uncollected garbage heaps & overflowing bins

Faulty streetlights & hazardous hanging wires

Strict Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)

The following violations result in immediate content removal and automated system moderation:

No Doxxing: Never post personal phone numbers, private household addresses, or individual citizen IDs.

No Partisan Feuds: AmarElaka is neutral public utility infrastructure, not a platform for political campaigning or partisan slander.

No Commercial Ads: Promotional advertisements, commercial product sales, and promotional links are automatically blocked.

Evidence & Photographic Standards

Upload clear, well-lit photos depicting the exact damage. Capturing background landmarks or intersections helps local teams verify and locate the issue swiftly.

Stock imagery, internet photos, or deceptive images from unrelated locations are strictly prohibited.

Honest Verification & Community Feedback

Only click "I have this problem too" if the issue genuinely affects your neighborhood, daily commute, or local area.

Keep comments constructive. If repair crews arrive or progress is made, leave factual milestone updates to assist your fellow citizens.

Moderation Workflow & Appeals

Submitted reports pass through algorithmic threat and spam filters before being reviewed by civic moderation teams.

If an issue is mistakenly flagged or hidden, citizens can request moderation re-review to verify legitimate civic concerns.
